Sous Chef required for a 4 star hotel in Inverness This hotel has an opportunity for a talented professional and committed Sous Chef . The Hotel has a long history in the city and is known for its capacity to cater for all events from stylish wedding to corporate meetings. The hotel has a stylish boutique restaurant and public bar both frequented by locals and tourists alike. The Sous Chef role will be to support the Head Chef in the day to day operation including daily orders for the next dayâ�s business, developing the brigade, menu creation and implementation and all paperwork for health and safety
