Our client is hotel and are looking to recruit a dynamic head chef to drive the standards forward. As Head Chef you will be ultimately responsible for the entire kitchen operation at this fabulous location. YOUR ROLE - To adhere to strict budgeted food costs. - To train and coach a large team of chefs ... are met at all time. - To produce monthly reports for the executive chef. - To assist with menu development and achieve 3 changes on a yearly basis.
