- Our client is a leading hotel and are looking to recruit a dynamic head chef to drive the standards forward. As Head Chef you will be ultimately responsible for the entire kitchen operation at this fabulous location. YOUR ROLE To adhere to strict budgeted food costs. - To train and coach a large team of chefs and kitchen assistants. - To liaise with all nominated suppliers. - To ensure health and safety regulations are met at all time. - To produce monthly reports for the executive chef. - To assist with menu development and achieve 3 changes on a yearly basis.
