We are currently looking for both an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef to join our team at the Hesperia London Victoria (part of NH Hotels).

Our busy four star hotel, part of the NH Group and located adjacent to Victoria Station, has 212 bedrooms, restaurant and bar and meeting / event facilities catering for small meetings to events for up to 180 guests.

Head Chef
Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, the Head Chef will be directly responsible for all aspects of food production throughout the hotel and for managing a team of 10. The role requires a pro-active hands-on chef who is able to lead by example and further develop our existing brigade, designing and implementing creative new menus and playing a key role as a member of the Hotel's Management Team. The role could suit someone already in a Head Chef who is ready for a new challenge or an experienced Sous Chef in a large operation who is ready for the next stage in his / her career.

Sous Chef
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the Sous Chef will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef, ensuring the systems and procedures within the kitchen are maintained and assisting in the development of other members of the team.

Both positions require candidates who are confident, creative and possess outstanding food skills. Excellent communication and people management skills are essential for both positions - we have a strong and stable team who are ready for a new leader!
