Restaurant Manager
Restaurant Manager in a well known Department Store
In this exciting hands-on role, you will be responsible for our points of sales currently generating a large yearly turnover and employing a diverse workforce of permanent and casual employees.
The key focus of the Restaurant Manager role is on flawless and friendly customer service, therefore your presence and flair on the floor will be crucial. You will have a natural talent to motivate staff and create a team spirit in all sections of Food and Beverage, maintaining high levels of quality and service.
The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Manager role will be working at supervisory level operation and be a service driven professional with confident management and training skills along with being able to enjoy excellent managerial back-up.
You will create working rotas, cashing up and opening and closing the restaurant.
You will have had experience at managerial level with a gift of not only getting on well with our lovely customers, but also with all of the staff.
You must be able to work well in an under pressure environment as the bar is consistently fill with customers.
You must also be able to work well independently as you will also be liaising between our company and the department stores Food and Beverage Management
You need to work closely with the Store Food & Beverage Managers, Health and Safety Department, Security and other relevant departments beside your own Management. You will be reporting to both the management team of Harrods and Colonial Foods.
